Access to Start Area

If you have not already entered the race and received your race pack please follow the instructions below:

Information point and late entry desk is situated in the Car Park at the station end of Picow Farm Road. The office will be open until 8.30am.Please park in Picow Farm Road and make your way to the late entry office situated in the last car park on the left when heading east towards the Railway Station.

Do not obstruct driveways or park on junctions.Once you have your race entry number, please move your vehicle to the car park at the railway station.

Please see the map/ directions by clicking the google map link below. Wheelchair entrants will be set off first, so please ensure you arrive in good time and go to the start line at least 5 minute before the official start time.

OFFICIAL RACE START TIME 9.30am,
Wheelchair or Assisted Runners Start Time 9.25am

Please note that parking is very limited at the finish area. It is suggested that your vehicle at the finish is parked in one of the local public houses car parks which are adjacent to Hale Park where the finish area is. NO PUBLIC VEHICLES PERMITTED INTO THE PARK AT ANY TIME

HOW TO GET HERE
By Car
For Satellite Navigation use Post Code WA7 4UD (Picow Farm Road, Runcorn) to get to Late Entries Office.
For Satellite Navigation to the Disabled car park at the start please use WA7 5UB (Shaw Street)

From the M62
Junction 7 and then A568 towards Widnes following Runcorn & The Bridge. Go over The Bridge staying in the right hand lane just after the road splits follow signs for Railway Station bearing off to the left. At mini roundabout go left onto Picow Farm Road, the car park, toilets and late entry area are approximately 250m up on the right hand side.

From M56
Junction 12 and then A557 towards Runcorn/Widnes and The Bridge. Take the exit signposted Runcorn Docks, and turn right onto Picow Farm Road. The car park, toilets and late entry area are approximately 400m down on the left hand side.

From South Liverpool
Take Speke Road (A562) and follow signs for Widnes/Runcorn (A562). Continue towards Runcorn over The Bridge staying in the right hand lane. Just after the road splits follow signs for Railway Station bearing off to the left. At mini roundabout go left onto Picow Farm Road, the car park, toilets and late entry area are approximately 250m up on the right hand side.
